know, one of the folks I’ve been really fortunate to work with over the course of time was a founder named Andrew Dunham. He’s the founder of HIMS, hims and hers, and we partner with them at a very early stage. And I think as we talked a lot about the future of consumerism, I think the vision that he’s had about how to transform the consumer experience in healthcare, how to integrate it in together, using data, using telemedicine, using a lot of the you know, the best practices from other industries in order to reach the consumer where they are at affordable price points. I think there’s, there’s very few entrepreneurs that have been able to take that vision and put it into into reality, as well as he has. And so, you know, I’ve been just so fortunate to have been a partner to that business for the last last seven years.

Ben Silverman at Pinterest has been excellent. I think that he is so thoughtful about everything he does. He really cares. And it’s funny, I was talking to a friend of ours, John Kaplan, who used to run revenue at Pinterest, and we were here as part of they called it the OG as of New York dinner, and people who were there, you know, for the last 20 years or so of, you know, early days of building New York. And, you know, there was a dinner as part of New York Tech Week this week. And I said, you know, I always said, Ben was kind of measure twice, cut once. And I think he was like, just twice, just twice. Like, no, no, probably more than twice, but I think every decision he made was incredibly thoughtful, and he had thought it through, thought through the repercussions, thought through the financial repercussions, the human repercussions, and also from a first principle basis, where you want to take Pinterest and You know, in a world where I think a lot of founders Sometimes shoot from the hip. I think his thoughtfulness enabled the long term success of that company. Amazing.

gonna name two really quickly. So an amazing friend of mine named Mateo, had Amido, who’s the founder of form energy. He was a Henry crown classmate of mine and a really dear friend and my husband and I’s and he was head of batteries at Tesla, and he has three kids, and is a wonderful human being. And he said, I want to do my part making the world better. And he had a vision for building a battery that could be the size of a building that could power a city, so that you could actually get an entire city on clean energy. And that crazy vision, we were fortunate, personally, to put in a little bit of money, is now becoming a reality, and he’s built one of the most exciting and hopefully most critical potentially to our future needs to exist, battery companies and so and if you you know him, you know he’s like a not only a truly brilliant human being, but like spiritual in this commitment to what he’s doing that defies anything business related like it is so deeply in he’s so deeply infected by his problem and what he thinks he can accomplish. And so he’s a wonderful example of an entrepreneur that we just really admire. And then, you know, the the team, the team shares, team, I want to give a compliment to, they built a 300 page business plan, which sometimes you like hear people talk about that, but they actually did it, and they they have a very clear plan to building something that doesn’t exist that gives a third of the US economy the ability to you think about it, if you build, if you run a plumbing company for 30 years. Dollars, you’ve built real value. You have stable customers. That revenue line is stable, and then you go to retire, and that value is gone. If your child doesn’t want to take it over, like that’s kind of crazy. That’s an asset that has no place to go. And so those founders, there’s three friends, they care so much about one another that it’s so admirable, and they’re so in it together, and they’re doing something that really, really matters for society, that can unlock an entire part of society in a way that’s really unique. So that gives you a sense of just the sort of people we like, awesome.
